Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries.
(This list is not exhaustive. All countries to which we currently ship are those available for selection in the shopping cart system before checkout.):

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spain Canary Islands, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus.

Important information for orders from United Kingdom:

The minimum order amount for orders from the UK is EUR 179,00 net. The VAT and any import duties are subject to pay by the receiver at the import. You will receive a note from the carrier and the additional costs have to be paid directly to the carrier.

Important information for orders from Norway:

We make use of the VOEC scheme in Norway. That means that shipments including items with a value up to EUR 315 (including VAT) only, the VAT has to be paid with the purchase and not at the border. Once there is one item included with a value of more than EUR 315 the complete shipment will be shipped without Norwegian VAT and the 25% Norwegian value-added tax for all goods, including freight and other costs have to be paid at the border (In that case you as our customer are the importer). Shipping Costs (including VAT where applicable)

These are example calculations; actual shipping costs will be displayed in the cart before completing the purchase. In particular, shipping costs for DHL Express (domestic and international) will be displayed based on weight before finalizing the order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 3 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 20 days from conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Surcharges
We currently apply a bulky goods surcharge of €10.00 when a bulky item is in the cart. This surcharge also applies even if the threshold for free shipping has been reached.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
