If you select "Cash on delivery" an additional fee of 6.00 Euros within Germany and 12.00 Euros in EU Countries will be charged. "Cash on delivery" is not available in every country.
Notice: "DHL Worldparcel Premium" is a product of the "German Post" and not identical with "DHL Express". "DHL Express" is a courier service with significantly higher prices as you see here. "DHL Worldparcel Premium" is registered mail and may be delivered to you by the national post organisation of your country, a parcel service or DHL itself.

If you choose a country outside the EU as delivery country, our shop displays prices without German VAT (Sales tax), because for deliveries outside the European Union this tax does not apply.

The customer is responsible for any custom duties charged by his home country or additional clearance costs charged by his national post organisation. Be aware that in most countries duties are payable on the total value of the shipment, that includes the goods and the shipping costs!
The maximum weight of a parcel shipped with DHL Worldparcel Premium to most countries is 31.5 kg (70 lbs), to some countries only 20 kg. The length is limited to 100 cm (39 in.). Items longer than this size we ship by UPS only.
We will usually send your order on the day it arrives or at most 2 working days later. If an item is not in stock, we will tell you how long it likely will take to come in to us and ask you how to proceed. We can hold your order untill all items are available or send what we have. We are unable to accept back orders for out-of-stock items from countries outside the European Union.
