With the INCRA Jig ULTRA Lite on the router table even the novice woodworker can produce joinery which surpasses that made on even the most expensive dovetail jigs - for a fraction of the cost. Just about any joint is possible - box joints, half blind, sliding, and through dovetails, even INCRA's trademark Double and Double-Double Joints. Notice: templates, table, mounting board not included! For template patterns, we recommend to buy this jig as bundle together with the INCRA Master Reference Guide & Template Library with Metric addendum. Just set the jig to the color coded reference marks and make your cuts. No math, no measurements, and no complicated setups necessary. INCRA Positioning Racks
INCRA's patented sawtooth racks position your work instantly and automatically in EXACT 1/32 inch (1 mm with Metric version) steps. A micrometer dial fine-tunes your position even more precisely with an incredible 1/1000 inch increment. This is just one of the innovations that make the Ultra so accurate. Even buried in sawdust, the INCRA Jig Ultra continues to operate smoothly, unlike old-fashioned machines that depend on rollers. The racks are made of a polycarbonate durable material.
Automatic Positioning Control
INCRA's sophisticated Automatic Positioning Control instantly locates each cut to within one or two thousandths of an inch without measuring! The rotating micro adjust scale can be turned under the cursor to establish a zero reference point at any position. Great for zeroing, centering or working with offsets. Keeps track of the distance you've micro adjusted and which way you've gone. Lets you return to your original position with no loss of accuracy.
Dovetails with Right Angle Fence
Dovetails are easy and precise when you combine the included Right Angle Fence with Ultra Lite's precision as shown above. Clamp not included but available on our wooden clamp page.
Template Channels
The INCRA Jig ULTRA Lite has 3 Template Channels. Two of the channels are used for primary (distance from the cutter) and floating (distance from the last cut) reference scales. This leaves another template channel available for additional setups and cutting operations without altering the scale positions.
